We use TeamViewer for remote support. More information about the program can be found at http://www.teamviewer.se
If you select “Run” during the installation, the program is only loaded into memory and leaves nothing left in the system after it has
terminated.
The actual connection must be started on the local computer, ie. nothing needed to be opened in routers etc.

Installation
- Klicka på länken ovan för att komma till nedladdningen av TeamViewer
- Nedladdningen ska starta automatiskt.
- Om möjligt, väl ”Kör” när filhämtningsrutan kommer upp, alternativt ”Spara”
- Välj ”Ja” om du får en ”User Account Control” varning.
- När programmet startat, uppge ID-koden till supportpersonalen.
Brandvägg
Ibland frågar brandväggen om du vill tillåta att TeamViewer kommer åt internet. Tillåt detta i så fall.
